WORSHIP

Sunday Services

We are a multicultural and multigenerational, vibrant church that offers a culturally diverse, modern expression of ancient Christian traditions. We put a strong emphasis on helping each person to discover his/her gifts and offer them to God in service and become closer to God through prayer and worship.

Our two main worship services of the week, the Sunday morning liturgies in English language and Spanish language, follow the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer. They include biblical readings, a sermon, prayers, and a celebration of Holy Communion (also known as “The Lord’s Supper” or “The Eucharist”.

SERVICE TIMES

First Service (English)
The 10:00 a.m. service includes congregational singing and occasional vocalists supported by organ, violin and, on occasion, the piano.

Second Service (Spanish)
​The 12:15 p.m. service includes congregational singing.

Bilingual Services
During the year, parishioners from both the English and Spanish services come together for combined bilingual services at 11:00 a.m. Check our calendar for the next scheduled bilingual service.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome!

All children and families are welcome to attend the Church of the Good Shepherd. Our doors are open to all and our hope is to teach your children that they are loved by God.

Servicios Dominicales

Somos una iglesia vibrante multicultural y multigeneracional que ofrece una expresión moderna y culturalmente diversa de las antiguas tradiciones cristianas. Ponemos un fuerte énfasis en ayudar a cada persona a descubrir sus dones y ofrecerlos a Dios en el servicio y acercarse a Dios a través de la oración y la adoración.

Nuestros dos principales servicios de adoración de la semana, las liturgias del domingo por la mañana en inglés y español, siguen el Libro de Oración Común. Incluyen lecturas bíblicas, un sermón, oraciones y una celebración de la Sagrada Comunión (también conocida como "La Cena del Señor" o "La Eucaristía".

HORARIO DE MISAS

​Primer servicio (Inglés)
El servicio de las 10:00 a. m. incluye cantos congregacionales y vocalistas ocasionales apoyados por órgano, violín y, en ocasiones, piano.

Segundo Servicio (Español)
El servicio de las 12:15 p. m. incluye cantos congregacionales.

Servicios bilingües

¡Los niños son bienvenidos!

Todos los niños y familias son bienvenidos a asistir a la Iglesia de El Buen Pastor. Nuestras puertas están abiertas para todos y nuestra esperanza es enseñar a sus hijos que son amados por Dios.
