Hartford celebrates trees at Good Shepherd (October 19, 2019)
Hartford celebra los árboles en El Buen Pastor (octubre 19, 2019) We planted 5 new trees on the church grounds, gave away several dozen trees to Hartford residents, and generally had a good time. Partners included CT Department of Energy & Environmental Protection, Hartford Tree Advisory Commission, the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability, KNOX, CT Audubon, Riverfront Recapture, Friends of Colt Park, Keney Park Sustainability Project, Hartford Youth Service Corps, and more. The Hartford Fire Department showed up with a pumper truck to water the new trees. |
